With heart wrenching confessions in either love or breakup letters, belted in a raw and deep hitting voice ranging amongst hard-to- hit notes and layers of soul and pop, Samuel Hope debuts highlights of his soon to release album, ‘Other Man’ at Kaffee Burger on May 17th at 8pm.
Reigning from New York City, Samuel has spent the last year in Berlin preparing to introduce ‘Other Man,’ a modern soulful pop album with roots and sublte melodic references to Seal, Michael Jackson and Sting and harmonic references to the classics like Bill Withers and Marvin Gaye. The tracks range from a dreamy love abyss in ‘I won’t keep you waiting’ to a confession conveying the highs and lows of any reckless love affair in ‘Carried Away.’
